I like how everything is in one place, coffee shop, nice restaurant. Love the stair option. Love the morning coffee place with snacks. Rooms are really nice and clean and updated. Just all around nice place to stay.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The electricity on our wing of the 1st floor went out. My husband needs a c pap machine to sleep with. They were extremely helpful and gave us an upgraded room that had electricity. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Staff very helpful, friendly, accurate. Bell carts available both in and out. Clean room bed bathroom floors, windows, furniture, friendly staff all encompassing. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

I was there to visit my 91 year old Mom in a rehabilitation facility after a bad fall. It was only about 10 minutes away by car. The people their are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was handy and the food was good. I will stay their again.

Every person that we encountered was kind, smiling, and friendly. The place was super clean, fun in the casino, and had restaurant options and morning coffee options. The snow dusted mountains breath-taking!

We were visiting family in the Gardnerville area and needed a place to stay. The Carson Valley Inn was a great place for that. The room was clean, beds were comfortable the shower was great.

Everything was amazing and the rooms were really clean, we called and let the front desk know we were going to have a late check in and they made the accommodation and even had everything ready when we got there

This place is so cool - very retro and old west, but also very clean with a super friendly staff. The CW Steak restaurant is very good and the casino is nice sized and intimate. Rooms are very nice, especially the beds and showers.
